Together we will move through waves of Surya Namaskar with breath as the guide, not as a test of endurance but as a sacred offering. Each repetition becomes a mantra; each inhale and exhale a prayer.
Whether you complete all 108 or practice at your own rhythm, this session invites deep presence, discipline, and surrender. Expect a steady, mindful pace with options and variations so practitioners of all levels may participate. We will open with grounding intention setting, close with a restful savasana and integration, and move as a global community from our own sacred spaces.
